Nuclear Engines Nuclear based propulsion systems that are affordable and relatively easy to manufacture. Requires a high output power generator to function.

(As of V1.0.2.126)

Speed: 40 => lvl 1 and 67 => lvl 10
Speed in anomalies: 30% => lvl 1 and 57% => lvl 10
Maneuverability: Average
Power usage: 30% of max power
Cost: 5% of hull size

Strategic Section
- The nuclear engine is average at all levels of refinement.
- Their average maneuverability in combat makes them good for fighting battle. Your ships will attack before the enemy (but not as good as fusion engines).
- They have an average power use for an engine.
- They have an average cost.
- You will switch to another engine as soon as possible to move faster on the galaxy map.
- They are more efficient power wise when coupled with a Nuclear Power Generator.
